Across the gulf of space,
with such envious eyes,
the beasts gaze at our sick sad world
and plan out our demise
They snatched us from our beds.
They ripped our flesh from bone.
Sprayed blood over the landscapes
as to make this world there own.
The hordes of burning bodies reek
As buildings fall. they crash.
Never in your life did you think martians would attack.
So clueless we were made.
They came here from the sky.
They climbed out from below.
Ancient robotic tripods of technology unknown.
Great cities are destroyed.
They fall to martian flames.
The masses burn to ashes
victim to the lazor ray.
