inspectorrick I may be 70, but this music takes me back to the 60's and open fields full of people being blasted by Hendricks, Joplin, Tyler, and heavy Rock of the 70s. This is some of the best of a blend between generations, and the fact my Grandsons part of it only makes it sweeter for me. Thanks for keeping this old mans blood flowing with your Music Joe!

Intro 01:45
I heard a voice as it was silenced. I've seen the lights of ultra-violence. Where one denies and two neglect, they will CONSUME, and soon FORGET. We strive for excess in a plastic world where vast supply never satisfies the great demand. And when the wells run dry, it's out of sight and out of mind. As if it's not a problem if it isn't mine. But we can't deny we heard them speak of EQUALITY as the kids went missing from their cages. And we heard them speak of HUMAN RIGHTS when they sic'd their dogs, and they pepper sprayed our faces. They told us to believe in the threat. In the man from the desert with his weapons of mass destruction. So you CAN believe, cause there's a man in the White House with a receipt, because he ordered their production. These times aren't unprecedented. Corruption has always fueled their quest for power. But we must find HOPE in the strength of our visions and listen for WISDOM in the voice of reason.

August 6th of 1945. The air was hot but I found a smile in the shade of a plane blocking out the sun. I saw an old man shudder as he focussed on the sky. His eyes followed a little boy. He was falling from a boeing b-29. Cast out from the heavens, this mourning star emits a blast of 15 kilotons and a message to submit. Blown into a gasteous state, bodies were vaporized in seconds by the blinding light, bleached, where silhouettes now reside. Bodies burst into shadows. That's right I'm a nuclear shadow The Manhatten Project labeled this a real success. To end the war at any cost so that Uncle Sam could rest. Drowning in the river simply to escape the flames that seemed to engulf everything where the silhouettes now remain.

X-Ray Audio 02:02
Cultural suppression. Government control. Hang an iron curtain to the western world. Audio Restrictions Gotta, Gotta Go! We'll devise new ways of distributing Rock N Roll. Stand up! Fight Back! X-ray Audio! D.I.Y.(x3) X-ray Audio! (Time to make your own) Disallow my records in your Stalin state. They can never censor what's inside of me. Audio Restrictions Gotta, Gotta Go! Look beyond the skin to spin the boogie on my bones. Forbidden music etched into x-rays. (x2) Illicit melodies and furtive contraband. Preserve true sounds of liberty. The tyrants never last.
4.
Wake Up 02:24
Cell phone alarm goes off. Staring at the ceiling. The whole entire world is so used to this feeling. Roll out of bed just to get up. The whole heard has lost the ability to just wake up! Flashing lights restrain and bind you. Individuality lost to the screen that blinds you. Reaching for your marble mansion in the sky. Searching for solice in the scriptures of your tv guide. Clustered cubicles and fenced in sheeple. Graze, breed, produce. Your delusions make you think we're equal. How many lightbulbs does it take, just to change a person? Start to grasp on the idea, see that head is hurting. CHORUS: Ultra-violence flashing on the screen. Infomercial borne insanity. Flashing lights, and free thought is dead. There is no shepherd and no artist in this ambulance. Think for yourself! The idea never crept upon you. This message goes lost in the herd. You're still right where I found you.
5.
The Arsonist 02:22
The nation staggers in remiss. I'd say we're sick and tired of it. Going to work and doing what I can. Just another slave, to the man, who can't afford to pay his rent. Buckets of debt fill with cement. My body struggles beneath the waves To deviate! Smash the state! I find a taste of freedom in the sound of broken glass. The shards of all my troubles thrown to flames (Hey! Hey! Hey!Hey!) Away! Away! Someday the world will find peace as it burns. Incinerate, I am the flame. We are the youth, we've been misled. If this is life, than give me death. I want my holiday in the sun. Just kicking ass and having fun. Cause life's a beach covered in sharps, happy meals, and credit cards. I want out. I gotta find a way to deviate! Smash the state! I've got a can of gasoline. It's time to bring down the machine. It's time we realize, what we want is not hard to reach. We won't conform to the standards of a plastic world.
6.
Destroy 02:01
Since the day we were born, we've been spoon-fed the lies. It's not hard to look back and demarcate the crimes. See the lives turn to products. They fuel the machine. Just a slave to the system. A cycle of greed. A product this child was made. Sledge hammer to the brain. Drowning in the scalding tanks. Torn from mother's arms and raped. Ignore the struggled gasp for air and look into the blinking eyes. Ignore the shattered cry for help as long as you sleep full tonight. It's time we faced the truth, and got pist. You've been lied to. Your cold and blue slice of the pie. For money, cruelty is justified. An economic market pitch. The difference between broke and rich.
7.
There's an old folk story told since the days when time began. There is a man from distant cities who has seen the light. So pretty as it shines from buildings, scratching at the sky. Blisters and boils infest my skin. Children of war feed on the myths. Taught to deny, raised to neglect. The human way, consume and forget. My hands have held the shards like dreams. I found so many. Broken, scattered in the sand. As if the promise that we too might shine one day, was stricken from the thirsty-lost-forsaken ashes of this land. Blisters and boils infest my skin Children of war feed on the myths Taught to deny, raised to neglect. The human way, consume and forget. The sun, a star we used to pray to, has found our weakness. Prying at my thirst. It's a trait I struggle to suppress. For with each drink, I'm not impressed. The more I crave, it leads me to resent. Sign your names to ol' Immortan Joe, so we can reach the gates eternal shiny and chrome. W-A-R B-O-Y We ride into battle with our heads held high. To the death we ride, but we're never gonna shine again.

Interlude 01:25
9.
Van destruyendo nuestras vidas. El progreso no se ve. Se aprovechan de la gente porque la guerra es un negocio. WAR to fuel the economy Exploiting systematically No concern for humanity Can we just stop now and analyze? The destruction of man, when a god's in command. Sign your name on the dotted line. Hear the war drum, it's calling. The bodies keep falling down. Innocent people are victimized. Was that part of the plan? Lead astray by the hand. It's our time to stand up and defy. Time to question the motives, the blindly devoted, now! Oh-Ah-Eh! La guerra es un negocio. And in the battle field, they taste the awful truth. Another pawn in the game, the war machine, it feeds on people just like you.

Gone Today 01:07
Fire! I like the way it makes the voices go away I like the way all of the colors fade to grey. Nothing remains. Sift threw the ashes and you'll see that all along, the answers were in front of me. The crash, I love the sound. The bridge between us tumbling down. Strike the match to gasoline. Destroy this haunting memory. Take, the haunting memory of the hand that led astray. It's in a box , I want it gone, and gone today. Without a trace, there's not a picture left to see. Unless you're holding on to them, pathetically.

My country tis' It tis' of thee This sick sad world of misery. Paid leave to cops who murder is the standard course of action. A ruthless insult to humanity. And so from sea to shining sea we hear the scream "I can't fuckin breathe!" Your protest is a weapon. The footage plays so clearly on your screen. Blatant abuse of their authority. We want police accountability. Police! Police! Accountability! You do not serve me. Social control and protection of property. They want control. Bulls on parade. Brought to our knees and pepper sprayed. Excessive force. Beat to a pulp. They've come for you and soon they'll come for me. Lost in the echoes of a stun grenade. And so from sea to shining sea, with qualified immunity. They'll never hunt for justice. They are silenced by the code, to never testify against their own. You do not serv

No One Wins 02:03
Its so hard, trying to make a change. woh-oh-oh Against the grain is where I'll stay. woh-oh-oh Donny, oh that fascist pig, he promised us a wall for him to prop his daughter against and fuck her like a doll. The tv station has you under sedation. For profit lies are sold with no demand for explanation. They say what they want, dont want you to think As long as you're numb, they'll do anything. Hillary, oh misery She put you on a list. Support the crimes and follow blind Or you'll cease to exist. It's time to stand up! It's time we let em' know!
13.
People wanna-wanna know what I'm-a-gonna do. I don't have to justify the way I live, to you. Crashing from the sky like a rocket ship. Push it to the very edge cause I was born to rip. So CHOMP ON THIS! Sometimes I stray from the line. Won't be part of the plan, you mastermind. You can try to label me but I remain undefined. I've got a new skate of mind. Send the politicians to fight their own wars. Drop them in the battle fields to settle their scores. The only bombing I do is when I'm rippin down hill. The only blood on my hands is from taking a spill, while chasing the thrill! I'm gonna stay gold I'm a speed demon. I will break the mold. I'm dying to live.
14.
We'll sing and dance in paradise. There are no cops in paradise. We'll sing and dance in paradise. There are no cops in paradise. The man in black, with a badge on his hat. When push comes to shove, there's a gun in his hand. It's hard to see a life form in a crumbling heart of stone. No justice in that badge. The fault will never be his own. A freeman danced. He made his way down town. Armed with a picket sign. They beat him to the ground. He begged them all to stop. His words were choked away. "Protect and Serve" The laws they choose when to obey. I want to hear you scream at the top of your lungs! These pigs are cops, not food! Can't you tell? Can't you tell by the gun? We'll sing and dance in paradise. There are no cops in paradise. We'll sing and dance in paradise. There are no cops in paradise. See them on the silent corners and they're outside of your home. Waiting for a chance to cross the line. This never ending show. Pigs, they beat you in the shadows. Not for some fear of the light, but because it gives them power hiding from the prying eyes. A freeman danced. He made his way down town. Armed with a picket sign. They beat him to the ground. He begged them all to stop. His words were choked away. "Protect and Serve" The laws they choose when to obey.
